Pop the door panel off using a thin sturdy tool. With all the trims and fastenings removed place a small strong tool under the edges of the door. Press down on the tool gently to pop the door panel out. Push from the outside on the bottom to help clear this lip and remove the piece of glass.

The slide operation is smooth as the glass reinforced nylon rollers glide on a stainless steel track cap. Pull the door panel away from the pop rivets firmly and remove the panel from the metal door. Using your hands or a flat head screwdriver gently start at the front edge of panel and pry it off.

Press your hands together firmly and try to shift the piece of glass straight up. Set the panel aside away from the work area. Work your way along the sides and to the back of the door frame. It should come up enough to be at the top of the screen.

Once the 8 screws have been loosened you will be able to raise or lower the height of the moveable window panel. Remove the screws inside the interior door handle by turning them counterclockwise. Operate these magnificent doors by turning the lever 180 degrees to lift the panel easily up off of the sill track and on to the corrosion resistant carrier hardware. Press or lift the window sash to adjust the height.

You may need to do this in multiple spots around the panel to fully remove it. Place one hand on each side of the top piece of glass in the door one hand on the outside and one hand on the inside. Move the window a small increment downward if the window hasn t been closing fully or upward if the window sticks against the frame when closing.
